A real showroom behind the website. Buying furniture online is easier when the business on the other end has a physical address you can drive to. Our Fyshwick showroom is open seven days a week if you're in Canberra and want to see and sit on things before you commit.
Australia-Wide Delivery
We deliver to all major metropolitan areas and most regional centres across Australia. Three service levels are available:
- Standard Delivery — your order is delivered to the ground floor entrance of your address. Placement and assembly are up to you.
- Room of Choice — we carry the item to the room you nominate, for an additional fee.
- White Glove Service — delivery to your preferred room, full assembly, and removal of all packaging.
Delivery cost depends on your location and the type of furniture. Enter your postcode at checkout to see the options and pricing available to you.
Large items travel by dedicated furniture freight rather than standard courier. It's slower than parcel post, but it dramatically reduces the risk of damage in transit. Every order is tracked, and we'll contact you to arrange a delivery window rather than leaving you waiting all day.

Pieces are grouped into design collections — Marcella, Venus, Capri, Casper and others — so you can furnish a room in a consistent look rather than assembling mismatched items.
Buying Furniture Online: What to Expect
Furniture is the one category most people still hesitate to buy online, and that's fair. Here's how we handle the parts that worry people.
Sizing. Every product page lists full dimensions in centimetres. Measure your space first, then mark the footprint on the floor with masking tape — it's the single most reliable way to avoid a piece that technically fits but overwhelms the room. Colour and texture. Screens vary. If you're deciding between two finishes, call or message us and we'll describe how they read in natural light, or send additional photos.
If it's not right. We have a change of mind policy and a returns process, plus warranty cover on manufacturing faults. Read them before you order so there are no surprises.
